TORPOR ORB

Will save 10 to avoid picking orb up, advantage if aware of danger. On skin contact, holder is gradually lulled to sleep, needing to save each turn until they put it down or fall asleep.
TURNS:
I. Will save 10 to put orb down, or become dull, with disadvantage to perception.
II. Will save 12 to put orb down, or become drowsy, dropping/or lowering weapons and stopping conversation or other actions.
III. Will save 15 to put orb down, or fall into a deep natural sleep while standing (8 hours if undisturbed), drop orb upon sleeping.
